The aims of the ABC Animal Sanctuary are to rescue abandoned animals and animals in distress. The animals are then restored to health and rehabilitated if possible before looking for a new home. In some instances when the animals are very old or need permanent special diets or have personality disorders they are guaranteed a home for the rest of their life.

Animal Care has been running for just over 30 years and is dedacated in finding new homes for stray or un wanted Dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents and ferrets. We also have a small wildlife area which we help any injured or ophaned wildlife. Animal Care is open everyday 10am - 3pm and welcome all to pay us a visit.
We mainly take in dogs and cats, but occasionally have smaller animals to rehome too. The sanctuary is open 9-12 each day, but please ring for an appointment.

Avon Small Animal Rescue is a home based, self funded rescue and rehoming centre for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters, rats and all other small furries.

We are a small not profit rescue, we have a no kill policy, all dogs are vaxed, neuter, chipped, wormed and flead before leaving us, and homechecks are done.
Beech Tree Bunnies is a Rabbit and Guinea Pig rescue centre, based near Market Harborough, Leicestershire, UK. We have under cover facilities for 30 pets and outdoor retirement areas for several more. We started in January 2002 with five rabbits and one Guinea Pig and just grew from there. We are totally self funded, helped by volunteers, and raising money in various ways from Stamp collecting, holding stalls at the local boot sale and Market, selling plants, boarding pets while people are on holiday. We try not to turn down any pets, unless we are absolutely full and those that canít be re-homed for any reason, just stay on in our retirement area.

Our derby shelter provides help for animals from Derby and surrounding areas. Our work is invaluable to the lives of many pets which are lost, injured or unable to be looked after by their owners. We never put a healthy animal to sleep. Saving the lives of unwanted and abandoned animals for over 70 years. We accept any animal whose life is in danger and for whom we have room. We actively seek caring homes for cats and dogs within a 30 mile radius of the Sanctuary. Our other residents, which range from cows to chipmunks are not rehomed and stay with us for the rest of their lives. No animal is ever put to sleep unless our vet advises that its quality of life is no longer viable.

Freshfields Animal Rescue is a non profit making animal charity caring for abandoned, abused and unwanted animals. HAWS takes in hundreds of animals (mainly cats and kittens, but also dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs etc.) every year which have found themselves in desperate situations, often facing death by starvation or from being abandoned. We never allow destruction of an animal unless it is too seriously ill for any quality of life or hope of recovery. We also arrange for neutering of all animals coming into our care. HAWS receives no government funding & relies on donations and the support of our volunteers.
